These Individuals work on basic skills and relationship acquisition, moving towards independence self-sufficiency, and effective communication. Groups are small, person centered, and supportive.

As part of our Work Readiness Program, we have our own in house small business: Hearts, Hands and Minds, that creates personalized items for sale to the public, and allows real world work experience in a controlled, supportive environment.

Our work readiness program for individuals with intellectual disabilities provides tailored, person-centered training in essestial soft skills, resume building, interview technques, and on-the-job coaching to foster independence with the goal of meaning community employment.
